Gary Joyce, Manager, Payroll Services Gary brings to ACAA-NSW over 20 years of management experience ranging from administration to human resources to IT management. Initially specialising in the hospitality field, Gary has spent the last 9 years working for a leading aged care and retirement living organisation as their Human Resource and IT Manager. He oversaw an IT network in excess of 100 computers and servers across NSW and played a major role in assisting aged care facilities gain accreditation as well as exercising sole responsibility for Human Resources across the company. Gary’s responsibilities also spread to payroll and he has implemented a number of systems over the years. Gary is aptly placed to manage the ACAA-NSW Aged Care Payroll Services and is looking forward getting to know the client base and their needs.
Loula Koutrodimos – Aged Care Consultant Loula’s role is to provide management support to members on the day to day operational issues facing managers in today’s ever evolving aged care environment. Through a process of consultation and review of key performance indicators and benchmarking across the industry, managers are able to apply the tools that will give them a competitive edge. Loula has had extensive aged care experience at a senior management level spanning over 15 years. She has worked in the profit and not for profit sectors and for stand alone and large group providers. She has post graduate qualifications in nursing specialising in dementia care and is currently completely her CPA program through CPA Australia. |
